Hello,
We will update it to joomla 3.5 stable version cause it will be support long time. Otherwise, we're developing a new powerful framework for Joomla 3. I hope we can use it for new Joomla! template from April

For now, you should use Joomla! 2.x and wait to Joomla! 3.5 release.
