can not find vendor tab in virtuemart/shop/

I want change store currency but can not find vendor tab in virtuemart/shop/ for change currency.
have a look attachment.

I am use the quick start package to installed website.
it can not find vendor tab in virtuemart/shop/ after fully installed.

please help for fix that issue.

You login administrat-> Components-> VirtueMart-> Orders & Shoppers tab then choose Shoppers item from the list.

Check the user name and then press Is a vendor button
