How To change the title tag?! was created by Joao Oliveira

I go to this mysite/administrator/index.php?option=com_config and change the "Site Name" but nothing changes in frontend!!

Hi,
Please go to Menu manager, then in "Home" menu item edit page, you can find and change the page title in the right parameters area.
