J 2.51 = JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find Joomla was created by mario Go

Hi!

Joomla 2.5.1 file "ot_woote_template_install_package_j2.5.zip" generate this error:

JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find Joomla XML setup file
