I have made several attempts to get a refund from membership renewal that was charged to my card without any response from you. I no longer need your template templates. please refund this invoice

I did not pay using paypal. Can you indicate how many days the "processing" takes. Thanks for your attention

We will make refund command in next 5hours (end of our work day) and the money can back to your card fast or slow depends on paypal's and your bank's processing.

Paypal should be immediately. I did not use paypal to pay for this service. How do I cancel the recurring service?
