OT Quick Contact module

I found this as a fantastic module in all ways.

Only things missing at least for my sites are as following:

1. Need to have "Submit" button multilingual.
For now, I just changed it to "Send" in default.php "<input type="submit" class="button" value="Send" />"
what is most understandable for most people.

2. Need to have options to add additional fields + including "browse" button to upload files as well.

3. Captcha - support of v2 where images need to be selected instead of typing words.

Otherwise, really, really great module.
