Why is there a Zero (0) number appearing with the Estimated Shipping text?
You just need to remove 0 after clicking on Edit under the Specific Rules tab

Unfortunately with our app, you can't set an estimated shipping rule separately for out-of-stock or in-stock products. However, you can add those products to a collection and set the date rule for that collection like below
